Accessibility statement

Sponsords aims to make its journal, guides and browser-local planning tools usable across common devices and assistive technologies.

1. Current approach

Pages use semantic headings, labelled controls, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus behavior, responsive layouts and text alternatives for meaningful images.

2. Tool interaction

Planning forms use associated labels and live status regions. Progress is also expressed in text rather than color alone. Reset actions remain explicit.

3. Visual presentation

The Field Notes palette is checked for practical contrast, text can zoom with browser controls, and mobile layouts avoid horizontal scrolling under supported widths.

4. Known limitations

External font delivery and differences between browsers may affect appearance. Long user-entered content can create variable page height, though controls remain in normal document flow.

5. Reporting a barrier

Use the contact page to identify the URL, browser or assistive technology, expected result and barrier. Do not include unnecessary personal or medical information.

6. Review process

Accessibility reports are assessed alongside editorial corrections. Material fixes are tested on desktop and mobile before the update date is changed.
