Privacy policy
This policy explains the limited data behaviour of the Sponsords static journal and its browser-local tools.
1. Scope and controller
Sponsords is an independent educational project. This policy covers sponsords.com pages, local planning tools, newsletter validation and the demonstration contact flow.
2. Information you provide
Brief builder, checklist and evidence map entries stay in browser localStorage. The contact form validates required fields and opens a local confirmation page; it has no server endpoint and does not transmit the entered message.
3. Technical records
A hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, requested path, timestamp, device or user-agent data for security and delivery. Sponsords does not receive a user profile from its local QA event queue.
4. Browser-local events
The site records page, navigation and tool events in a local browser queue so behavior can be verified. These records remain on the device and can be removed by clearing site data.
5. Purpose and lawful basis
Local storage supports requested planning features and remembers consent. Essential hosting logs may be processed for security and service operation where the provider has a legitimate operational need.
6. Cookies and storage
Sponsords uses localStorage keys for consent, draft tools, checklist progress and local events. It does not set advertising cookies or use the tool entries for profiling.
7. Sharing and international access
Tool and form entries are not shared because they are not transmitted. Hosting infrastructure may route ordinary requests internationally under the provider’s safeguards.
8. Retention
Browser-local information remains until the relevant reset control is used or site data is cleared. Hosting logs, if created, follow the hosting provider’s security and retention practices.
9. Your choices and rights
You can refuse non-essential local storage by not accepting the notice, reset each tool, clear browser storage, and contact the editorial desk about a published item or privacy concern.
10. Security, changes and contact
Do not enter confidential contracts or personal audience data into demonstration tools. Material policy changes receive a revised update date. Privacy questions may be prepared through the contact page.
